These are personalised classes aimed at whatever the client needs – weight loss, posture correction, prevention of aches and pains from a sedentary lifestyle, toning, core strengthening, stretching and flexibility, etc.
Depending on requirements, classes can be either an hour or a half hour.
All classes can be rescheduled within the same month provided 24 hours notice is received.
Toning means maintaining a particular level of tone or firmness to the muscles which is achieved through a specific training routine. A toned muscle is a muscle that becomes firmer and more defined but stays the same size, including when resting.
This type of training can be done with a variety of equipment but always working with body weight resistance.

Classes will be paid at the beginning of each class, it will be able to recover deppens on timemtable availability and 24 hours in advance ,out of this term, it will be subject to availability.
