These are personalised classes aimed at whatever the client needs – weight loss, posture correction, prevention of aches and pains from a sedentary lifestyle, toning, core strengthening, stretching and flexibility, etc.
Depending on requirements, classes can be either an hour or a half hour.
All classes can be rescheduled within the same month provided 24 hours notice is received.
Personalised classes can utilise a variety of equipment depending on the needs and abilities of the individual client.
TRX (Total body Resistance Exercise) are resistance exercises that work the whole body. TRX is a specialised form of suspension training consisting of two adjustable, non elastic straps, with handles attached to a fixing point. You use the two straps with your feet or hands to partially suspend your body, then use your own body weight as resistance to complete the exercises. TRX is a complete workout – toning, increasing muscle strength, improving posture and helping with injuries, particularly back injuries. The most important thing is that it doesn’t require any particular fitness level to use it as training programs can be adapted to suit everyone.
